Frant Pantomime and Dramatic Society (FPDS)

Frant Pantomime and Dramatic Society aim to perform two shows a year. In early December, we put on a pantomime and in the Spring we usually produce a play, although in recent years we have also staged our own Murder Mystery evening too. Our pantomime 'Aladdin' which was performed in 2023, was recognised at the NODA South East awards in June 2024 where we received an Accolade of Excellence as well as the Best Pantomime Award for our region!

A lot of hard work and dedication goes into our productions. Our sets are designed and built by members of the society and everyone pitches in during the weekends before a show to ensure that the set designers’ vision comes to life.

Whilst we are primarily an amateur dramatic society we are also a social group. We have a number of social events during the year and are a very friendly bunch! If you are looking to get involved either on stage or behind the scenes please do get in touch to find out more: frantpanto@gmail.com
