Our bodies are designed to move in 7 different planes of movement, forwards, backwards, sideways etc but modern day lifestyles now dictate that we don't use all these patterns.. As a result we have uneven strength in our bodies causing injury and restricted range of movement. This hour long class is designed to move the body through all planes, loosening tight areas and building strength where needed.
